Job Description:Company is currently seeking a highly motivated RADIO

FREQUENCY (RF) ENGINEERING LEAD to join a team of existing

engineers in the design of the most complex radar, electronic warfare, and

communications systems in the country. All aspects of development, design,

build, and test are performed in-house, setting the company aside from its

competitors.

1.  Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (Masters preferred).

2.  7+ years of RF design and analysis experience.

3.  Prior experience with receivers, exciters, and radar system design

     up to 3GHz.

4.  Stable work history and Industry (non consulting) work history.

5.  U.S. Citizen.

Title: Senior Regional Sales Manager

Location: Boston, MA

JOB SPECIFICATIONS :

*    8-10 years of successful sales experience with several of

       those years operating at a sales management level with similar

       revenue and direct report responsibility in a business-to-business

       (B2B) environment.  Prior Inside Sales Management of a state of

       the art Telesales environment is STRONGLY PREFERRED.

*    Must possess excellent and proven people management skills,

      including resolving conflict, sales coaching and developing others,

      promoting teamwork, and performance management.

*    Strong sales metric analysis skills to diagnose and coach inside

      sales rep to improved performance

*    Management activity must include the training, directing and evaluating

      of inside sales associates.

*    Experience with sales automation software (Salesforce.com), Excel,

      Word, and Outlook.  Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.

*    Comfortable presenting in front of Sr. Executive Team.
